J.'s working from home today. He's on the phone with a client trying to handle a recovery issue and asks the client to send him a screenshot of the error messages he's getting.

The guy actually TAKES A PHOTO of his monitor and sends that.

Upon questioning, it is revealed that the guy has no idea what a screenshot is or how to take one. And he is the head IT guy there.

OH, THE HUMANITY.
