Writer's Block: Apology Not Accepted

When someone says "I'm sorry you feel that way" it chaps my ass at the backhandedness of it. I heard it all the time growing up and it's such a non-apology that it makes me want to fly to bits.
So yeah, when I heard "I'm sorry you feel that you were molested by your uncle and that you feel that we did nothing to prevent it after you tried to tell us about it" that was when the doors started to shut on the genetic cesspool.
