siannanOh, and we went to one of those Halloween Stores that vanish on November 1.
I was looking for a plastic viking helmet. You really can't go wrong with a viking helmet, people. You don't even need to like Phish.
They didn't have any. But they had SARAH PALIN costumes stocked next to "WORLDS GREATEST POP STAR" costumes. Red vinyl with a white glove.
If my eyesight wasn't so bad I would have bought these tres glam Pinball Wizard star-shaped glittery sunglasses because they were nearly as awesome as I am. Being half-blind and unable to deal with wearing contacts can really cheat you out of some swanky eyewear. They also had a pair that looked like Huntress's mask:
