Halloween help needed

siannanOkay, peoples! I need your input.
Help J. and me decide what to be for Halloween. We are two medium-height fat brunette bespectacled honkeys. He tends to have a beard but can get rid of it. He won't want to wear face makeup of any significant amount.
I was thinking of powdering his hair and us going as Marcus and OfMarcus but I don't think I could make the crazy-eye face for an entire evening without my eyeballs popping out and rolling across the floor. Then I thought we could bag Regretsy's idea and go as Chastity and Chaz Bono, now with more DWTS action, but you know how well that worked out for April and John. So much hate.
I've always wanted to go as Boxy Brown.
