Norm, Super Genius.
Jul. 21st, 2001 01:40 pmI caught a rerun of Weakest Link last night, with an all-comic team. George Wendt did not get a single question wrong, but boneheads like Rob Schneider and Kathy Griffin (much as I adore Kathy Griffin) voted him off anyway. For once that magnificent harpy Anne Robinson did not give a parting contestant the little flipoff g'bye. I was most impressed. I hope he lives large on Cheers residuals for a long time.
I gotta get my comic books today. I have been waiting too long for Hunter:The Age of Magic, and they better have it in my bin at the shop. Too bad Gaiman isn't writing it, but I like what Horrocks did with Names of Magic, and the art is better than decent.
Today I am making a vague effort to be mellow. Let's see how long it lasts.
