Ya know...I don't care how you RP your Sith Inquisitor. Light/Dark, whatever -- for some reason mine keeps making Light decisions, but she's a Sith Sith and could really give two shits about the Empire that enslaved her people to begin with.

But you are supremely stupid if you get your rocks off abusing Vette. Why the hell would you want any of your companions to hate you? Do you WANT your crew skill missions to drag on forever? Seems pretty counterproductive, especially if you want to get her skill bonuses. And people brag about this? Gameplay, ur doin it wrong.

She's wicked cute from the moment you first meet her. "Chirp! Chirp chirp!" and then you wanna curbstomp the guy who gets her with the shock collar.

There's a surprising amount of very adult content in SWTOR. I was actually kinda happy to see it, as I'm used to things being very heavily watered down in WoW (or just hinted at).

On the other hand, I kinda chuckle to see people going 'OMG that's TERRIBLE' when referring to Empire content. It's the DARK side. Of course you're going to run into downright evil stuff. The nice thing about the game is they don't force you into being all dark and evil. You do have choices. halogin's Sith Inquisitor is Light 1 FFS.

Oh I appreciate the fact that the option is there, certainly! It's some awesome scriptwork by the creators. Both my Imperial toons are working both sides of the Force. My Inquisitor is making slightly more Light choices because as an actual Sith she was a slave until recently and can empathize with the oppressed. My warrior is a bit more cutthroat.

I really don't the whole "Abusing Vette is awesome." thing. I'm RPing my Sith Warrior, so I did shock her while on Korriban. Then on the station, I removed it and made it plain that if she served me loyally, rewards would be in the offing. That seems to me how an arrogant Sith warlady would do things. Show the fist, then reveal the glove.

That's how I plan on doing it. My SW is female so in the heteronormative pre-patch storyline I won't be romancing Vette, but she's cunning enough to know that having a staunch ally to watch your ass on missions is better than someone who wants to frag you. It's common sense gameplay.
