siannanI had a dream I was in Tijuana (I have never been to Tijuana) and went to visit this whorehouse at the top of a hill that was this huge stucco building with a giant vulva painted on it in lurid color, like something out of a Tarantino flick. Once inside, I conversed with several of the working girls, who were all quite naturally pretty and ambivalent about their work. Then some guy wanted me to smuggle some boxes of Cuban tobacco to the next town, which meant sneaking through a zoo after hours, and I inadvertently freed a wolf/coyote thing from his enclosure but he didn't eat me. Then I got invited to some church, where I didn't really want to go but I said what the hell, since my friends were gonna be there. Once inside, we were disgusted to find that indulgences were being sold for a hundred bucks U.S.
Unrelated note: where can I find old advertising pictures of happy fifties housewives? I need a lot of them. A whoooole lot of them.
