There's a retarded guy in my town that drives.

No, really. He is retarded.

He drives a late-model red Focus.

And he is retarded. Trisomy or I dunno what-all. He also uses a cane but that doesn't have any bearing on his driving or retardation.

The fact is that he is RETARDED and driving a CAR. By HIMSELF.

He flagged J. down outside the deli. "SIR! SIR! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, SIR! SIR!!!!! I SAID HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!" "uh, yeah. And uh, Happy Mother's day to your mother, I guess." "I DON'T HAVE ONE! HAPPY MOTHERS DAY, SIR!"

There have been other tardtastic encounters but this is the most recent.

Shit like that is why I do NOT drive. Who the hell wants to drive when fucking Corky gets licensed?

we have a pair of brothers in the town that are retarded.. well, considering mom and dad are 1st cousins, its not suprising that more of the 13 kids werent.

phil has a honda shadow motorcycle.... he drives all over... even when he was younger, he had a vespa scooter and drove 200 miles into teh capital.. alone...
